Tasks our coordinators perform:
Confirm all documents are properly executed & initialed.
Schedule desired Inspections after executed offer (buyers only) and alert all parties of dates.
Schedule Photographer, Sign Company, Stager, and any other 3rd party vendors.
Add all action dates to your transaction calendar.
Ensure all disclosures, document requests, reports are obtained / complete in a timely manner. Maintain all files.
Keep your client(s) updated throughout the process.
Communicate with all parties throughout the process to insure everyone is on the same page.
Insure compliance with TREC at all times.
Follow-up on repairs and other action items.
Introduce ourselves to the Lender, Title Co., and both agents. Open file with Title.
Input Listing Agreement into zipforms, docusign, dotloop.
Notify all parties of their specific pre-closing action items.
Send you an electronic copy of the entire file onces the transaction is completed.
Request a review from your client to post of social media, Google, or other preferred platform.
We collect our fee through the CDA when the transaction closes.
And more! All services offered will be disclosed on our service agreement.

Review all complete listing documents for accuracy and send to sellers for signatures. Email signed, complete copy of docs to sellers.

Input listing in MLS and upload pictures/virtual tours. Upload Sellers Disclosure, Survey, Survey Affidavit and any other supporting documentation
