To avoid a $45 rescheduling/cancellation fee, please notify us the business day prior and during our business hours. No exceptions will be made except for personal safety threats (e.g., hurricanes). Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

 

The cancellation/reschedule fee is $45 for each service that is scheduled for a minimum of a 1 hour session.For example, if you have a Regular Session and a Video scheduled, you will be responsible for two cancellation/reschedule fees for a total of $90. If you have three services scheduled such as a Regular Session, Matterport, and Video, you will be responsible for three cancellation/reschedule fees for a total of $135. If you only have a Regular Session schedule then the fee will be $45.

There is not a cancellation/reschedule fees for add-on services such as Aerials, Floor Plans, Fauxsets, Virtual Tours, etc.
